If the application by an Audit Organization has long been rejected or the appointment of an Approved Auditor has long been terminated, the Audit Company could re-apply being appointed as an Approved Auditor offered the circumstances for termination or rejection have ceased to exist or are actually remedied in total into the satisfaction of DMCCA.DM
